Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site may collect basic technical information such as browser type and the pages you visit.

We use the information we collect to send campaign updates, event invitations, and news about the Kansas Legislature; to respond to your messages; to coordinate volunteers and yard signs; and to process and report contributions as required by Kansas law.
How We Share Information
We may share information in the following categories:
- With service providers that help us operate our website, email, and text messaging programs, solely so they can provide those services to the campaign.
- With government agencies when required by law, including campaign finance reports filed under Kansas law, which are public records.
All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
