These terms apply to the text messaging program operated by Blake Carpenter for State Representative (“the campaign,” “we,” or “us”).

Text Messaging Program

What you will receive. Recurring SMS/MMS messages with alerts, donation requests, updates, and other important information about Blake Carpenter’s campaign and his work in the Kansas House of Representatives.

How to join. Enter your mobile number on a signup form on our website and check the box agreeing to receive text messages. Agreeing to receive texts is not required to sign up for email updates, volunteer, or contribute.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Msg&data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

How to stop. Reply STOP at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Help. Reply HELP for help, or email blake@carpenterforkansas.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your number. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber for the mobile number you provide or have the subscriber’s permission to enroll it.
